Offers 24/7 access to crisis counselors through text messages. To access this service, Delawareans can text DE to the number 741741 and a crisis counselor will respond immediately to provide assistance. This service is available to those of any age but it is mostly for those aged 10-24 years old. Delawareans under 18 years of age in need of immediate assessment may call Delaware's 24-hour Child Priority Response Hotline at 1-800-969 HELP(4357). For those over 18 and need help in Southern Delaware call 1-800-345-6785.
